Components: Standard 6dof robotic arm, soft gripper, pneumatic gripper, vacuum/pneumatic actuators, 3D camera, laser scanner
This robot will be mainly used to demonstrate high-speed operations on food ingredients/products like ingredients loading and presentation and/or final packing/boxing.
The robot will use 3D vision systems to grasp and manipulate ingredients (bin picking) and to load/present them for the following operation.
Other uses of this robot are end-of-line operations like packing or boxing.
Safety is obtained by actively monitoring the operating space through laser scanners and controlling the robot motion using the safe move functionalities.
